Product Manager - Growth (m/w/d)

<p>keleya is an innovative FemTech startup based in Berlin that offers expectant and new parents high-quality support and resources to help them enjoy a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth, and parental leave.</p> <p>Our mobile app is unique in its combination of a personalized pregnancy calendar, a health tracker, and a selection of workouts, recipes, and a midwife chat for expectant and new mothers: much of it covered by health insurance at no cost to users. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working on our mission with passion, agility, and team spirit and have already supported over 1.000,000 women.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>We're looking for a Growth PM to own and accelerate our user acquisition and conversion funnels, from first touchpoint to in-app subscription.</p> <p>At keleya, growth is powered by a B2B2C model: we partner with health insurers who offer our app as a covered benefit, so our success depends on driving engagement that users love and insurers can stand behind. You'll lead a cross-functional squad and work closely with marketing and business development to hit our growth targets.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Run experiments across the full funnel: from top-of-funnel awareness to in-app subscription conversion and own the growth product roadmap, metrics (activation, retention, conversion), and the prioritisation calls that come with it.</li> <li>Work closely with engineering to ship experiments and features that move the numbers.</li> <li>Partner with marketing and business development to align campaigns, messaging, and health insurance partnerships with growth targets.</li> <li>Identify where acquisition campaigns convert (or don't) in-app, and use those insights to inform product decisions.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a mobile app.</li> <li>Solid understanding of growth levers: paid, organic, and product-led.</li> <li>Strong analytical instinct: you can trace a drop-off back to a cause and turn it into a testable hypothesis.</li> <li>Comfortable using AI tools to move faster and work smarter.</li> <li>A clear communicator who can work across product, engineering, marketing, and business development.</li> <li>Working proficiency in English; German is a plus.</li> <li>Based in Berlin.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Meaningful work in digital health, with real impact on women's lives at a critical moment.</li> <li>Real ownership and responsibility in a fast-growing FemTech startup.</li> <li>Hybrid setup: minimum 2 days/week in our office in Berlin-Mitte, with up to 3 months fully remote per year.</li> <li>Urban Sports Club or Pluxee membership.</li> </ul> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
