This is a high ownership, cross functional role at the intersection of AI, robotics hardware, and industrial operations. You will be the connective tissue between our AI/R&amp;D team, software &amp; hardware engineering, solutions architects, and customers — translating real-world operational complexity into a product that runs autonomously at scale with minimal human supervision.<br /></p><h1><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set and defend priorities — monthly to annual — against commercial goals and technical constraints</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI &amp; Technical Ownership</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Shape training data strategy, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds with the R&amp;D team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Close the loop between field failure data and Cortex training</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Customer &amp; Field Collaboration</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Spend time at production sites; turn operator observations and edge cases into structured requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own capability specs, performance SLAs, and integration requirements for customer-facing delivery</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-functional Execution</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run a customer-driven backlog; prioritize by impact, frequency, &amp; strategic fit</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Sequence work with engineering leads; unblock dependencies and maintain momentum</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track KPIs: uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, time-to-value</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be the product voice in pre-sales technical conversations, build product collateral for the commercial team</p></li></ul><h1><strong><br />Education &amp; Experience</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years in product management; 2+ years on robotics systems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track record of shipping complex technical products in production</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with robot software stacks (ROS2, Zenoh, motion planning, control, perception pipelines)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Can engage credibly with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteria</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understands hardware-software co-design tradeoffs and their downstream software impact</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Product Skills</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Turns messy field signal and engineering constraints into clear, prioritized requirements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare PRDs and technical briefs that engineering teams actually use</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Basic awareness of EU Machinery Regulation, ISO 10218/15066, and AI Act obligations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the product narrative in pre-sales — and build the collateral that helps the commercial team win</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High agency;
