This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and can create clarity in an unstructured environment.</p> </div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div><br><strong>What you will be doing</strong><br> <li>Ensuring weekly progress toward quarterly goals.</li> <li>Testing new releases hands-on, verifying behaviour, tracking issues, and scheduling fixes.</li> <li>Monitoring product metrics and system health, flagging issues early.</li> <li>Using our internal automation tools to understand real user workflows.</li> <li>Stepping in quickly when issues surface to help coordinate a resolution.</li> <li><strong>Taking ownership </strong>of smaller product areas as you<strong> grow</strong>.</li> <br><strong>What you will NOT be doing</strong><br> <li>Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight, and we optimise for speed.</li> <li>Make meetings for the sake of process or ceremony.</li> <li>Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be <strong>prioritised next</strong>.</li> <br><strong>What we need from you</strong><br> <li>You’re comfortable working with unclear problems and incomplete information, and can <strong>create structure on your own</strong>.</li> <li>You keep work moving: follow up, unblock, prioritise, and <strong>ensure things ship.</strong></li> <li><strong>You ask the right questions</strong> to unlock core pain points and strategise solutions.</li> <li>You organise work using simple tools (Docs, Sheets), not PM frameworks or Jira workflows.</li> <li>You can write development-ready project documents <strong>with no AI fluff</strong>.</li> <li>You understand <strong>MarTech fundamentals</strong> (campaign workflows, tracking, automation, integrations) and why they’re complex.</li> <li>You’re <strong>data-strong</strong>: you explore datasets, can use BI tools (e.g. Lightdash), and conclude.</li> <li>You’re comfortable working close to technical systems: reading logs, debugging issues, understanding APIs, and supporting automation.</li> <li><strong>You’ve shipped before</strong> - a dashboard, tool, workflow, script, automation, or project.</li> <br><strong>What we offer you</strong><br> <li>You'll have a direct impact on how the global marketing campaigns are run.</li> <li>You’ll see immediately how improvements (and mistakes) affect our bottom line.</li> <li>Incredible learning opportunity.
