Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h1>Profile</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager in a fast paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep passion for F2P mobile games and curiosity about what makes a game engaging and successful</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong knowledge and genuine interest in AI, including generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, or AI agents</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High standards.
