Production Quality Engineer Intern

We operate in a demanding environment where rigor, ownership, and execution are expected.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are opening a 6 months internship starting January 2027 to join our Quality team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Quality Engineering Intern will be supporting our Quality team on our production plant in Wissous, in order to provide valuable analytics that will enable the team to improve the harmonization of our tracking systems and traceability.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>FPY definition and baseline</strong> for each product</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Perform Quality analyses</strong>: taxonomy + Pareto + 5M root cause</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Update the daily quality dashboard</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead problem-solving workshops</strong> with the production and methods departments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and update<strong> outgoing inspection and customer delivery files</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>NCR follow-up</strong></p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Academic background:</strong> Final-year engineering student (generalist, mechanical, industrial, quality) who has already spent 4–6 months on a real production floor and liked it. We are excited to work with someone who wants quality, not quality as a fallback from design !</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experience and knowledge:</strong> 5M / 5-Why / NCR handling. Capacity to build complex Excel dashboards in autonomy. ERP exposure (Odoo is a plus), metrology and drawing reading basics.
