As programmatic experts, we provide a streamlined experience through a single access point, offering expansive reach through our extensive coverage and delivering comprehensive support alongside strategic collaboration.</p><p>We are seeking a seasoned and motivated product manager with an understanding of the programmatic adtech ecosystem and a collaborative approach to product development. The candidate must be able to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and produce compelling prototypes for those same solutions. This role is critical to driving Screenverse's evolution into a technology-driven company while delivering value to our media owner and buyer partners.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Own day-to-day management of assigned DSP partner relationships</p></li><li><p>Support partner enablement and onboarding initiatives</p></li><li><p>Assist with deal setup and campaign execution across platforms</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues</p></li><li><p>Monitor performance and deliver reporting insights</p></li><li><p>Identify and escalate risks, blockers, or discrepancies proactively</p></li><li><p>Ability to proactively identify, pitch, and execute upsell opportunities while delivering strategic recommendations that drive value for key clients</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What does Success Look Like?</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Partner satisfaction and retention</p></li><li><p>On-time and accurate campaign execution</p></li><li><p>Speed and effectiveness of issue resolution</p></li><li><p>Campaign performance against KPIs</p></li><li><p>Timely, clear reporting and insights</p></li><li><p>Proactive identification of risks or blockers</p></li><li><p>Successful partner onboarding and activation</p></li><li><p>Revenue growth and upsell from existing partners</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li><p>3-5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic, or media</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage partner relationships and campaign execution</p></li><li><p>Track record of meeting performance goals or driving revenue growth</p></li><li><p>Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, or similar platforms</p></li><li><p>Strong partner communication and relationship management</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot issues quickly</p></li><li><p>Data-driven thinking with ability to translate insights into action</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail in execution and reporting</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Slack</p></li><li><p>Experience with DSPs/SSPs (e.g., Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, The Trade Desk, ect.)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight or similar)</p></li><li><p>Understanding of programmatic workflows (deal setup, PMP/OE, targeting, pacing)</p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><h2><strong>Salary</strong></h2><p>Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications. We expect the base salary range for this role to be between: $100,000-$110,000 USD + $10,000 Bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in the role is dependent upon many factors, such as location, transferable, or job related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
