Project Management Officer

<p><strong>Project Objectives: </strong>Support the IT Portfolio Governance function by ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with governance standards. The role is responsible for coordinating project governance activities, monitoring project costs and benefits, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication across project stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><strong><em>Portfolio Governance </em></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain project governance documentation and ensure project documentation checklists are up to date.</li><li>Coordinate regular project meetings and prepare meeting materials.</li><li>Organize monthly Portfolio Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.</li><li>Monitor and review monthly project status across the portfolio.</li><li>Coordinate with business users, Project Managers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Project Cost Management </em></strong></p><ul><li>Monitor project cost trackers and ensure spending remains within the approved budget.</li><li>Consolidate and prepare monthly project cost reports.</li><li>Highlight cost variances and escalate potential risks when necessary.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Project Benefit Tracking </em></strong></p><ul><li>Maintain project benefit documentation and repository.</li><li>Track, consolidate, and validate project benefit realization.</li><li>Coordinate monthly benefit realization meetings with relevant stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Project Coordination &amp; Governance </em></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure project activities are executed according to the agreed timeline without unnecessary scope changes.</li><li>Remind Team Leads of upcoming resource contract expirations to support workforce planning.</li><li>Support the Portfolio Governance Lead with day-to-day governance activities.</li><li>Perform additional ad hoc tasks based on business priorities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Project Governance, or IT Portfolio Management.</li><li>Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (<strong>SDLC</strong>), including <strong>Agile </strong>and <strong>Waterfall </strong>methodologies.</li><li>Experience in <strong>project governance, PMO processes, project reporting, and portfolio management. </strong></li><li>Knowledge of project <strong>budgeting, cost tracking, and benefit realization. </strong></li><li>Understanding of <strong>project delivery, acceptance processes, and governance </strong>within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent <strong>stakeholder management, </strong>coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentation materials.</li><li>Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **GLOWINGLY** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
