Project & Operations Rework Support Working Student – Germany

<br><strong>Your mission</strong><p><ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Support the Rework team in coordinating and executing service rework projects across Europe.</li><li>Assist with project administration, documentation, supplier coordination, data management, and operational follow-up.</li><li>Help ensure rework activities are planned, documented, tracked, and completed on time.</li><li>Maintain project records, trackers, reports, and technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Follow up on open actions with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service partners.</li><li>Contribute to process improvement and transparent reporting within Rework operations.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme.</li><li>A background in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Strong written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.</li><li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in maintaining structured documentation.</li><li>A proactive communicator and collaborative team player.</li><li>Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and consistently follow up on open actions.</li><li>Interest in renewable energy, service operations, or project management is beneficial.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Why us?</strong><p>Join Sungrow and gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy industry while collaborating with an international Service and Rework team.
