Project Systems Specialist

<p><strong>JOB TITLE:</strong> PROJECT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SALARY:</strong> CI$60,000 - CI$80,000 pa</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WORKING HOURS: </strong>40 HOURS PER WEEK</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a Project Systems Specialist to join our Project Operations team. The successful candidate will support project management systems, ensuring efficient information management, system performance, and data-driven reporting to support project delivery and operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DO YOU HAVE:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</p><p>At least 4 years’ experience in a similar systems or technical support role</p><p>A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with SSRS reporting</p><p>Familiarity with Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar BI tools</p><p>Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (C# is a plus)</p><p>Experience supporting or administering project management systems such as PMWeb</p><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</p><p>The ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail</p><p>The ability to travel to project sites and perform occasional system inspections, including standing, walking, and lifting or carrying light equipment as required to fulfill the essential duties of the role</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WE WANT YOU TO:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Provide day-to-day technical support for project management systems and users</p><p>Monitor system performance and respond promptly to user queries and issues</p><p>Assist in maintaining and improving system administration policies and procedures</p><p>Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure system functionality and reliability</p><p>Support reporting needs through SSRS, dashboards, and automated tools</p><p>Help evaluate and improve information management processes across projects</p><p>Contribute to QA/QC measures for data accuracy and system integrity</p><p>Support multiple project teams, ensuring systems align with project goals and deadlines</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><p>At Dart, we're committed to creating a workplace where you thrive, offering a competitive salary and benefits designed for your well-being and growth.
