Für diese Projekte suchen wir einen Teamleiter (m/w/d) der als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Planern und den bauausführenden Projektteams fungiert.</p><br><strong>SIE UNDKRAUSS: Aufgaben</strong><p><ul><li>Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Projektteams über alle relevanten Leistungsphasen hinweg</li><li>Projektleitung für anspruchsvolle Ausbauprojekte in diversen Assetklassen (Office, Hotel, Retail, Fitness, Light Industrial etc.)</li><li>Steuerung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams – Sie sind erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Ihre Mitarbeitenden im Projekt</li><li>Eigenverantwortliche, kontinuierliche Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätssteuerung</li><li>Koordination und Führung externer Fachplaner als zentrale Schnittstelle</li><li>Externe und interne Stakeholderbetreuung im gesamten Planungsverlauf</li><li>Umsetzung unserer Design &amp; Build Projekte interdisziplinarisch mit den Bauteams der UNDKRAUSS AG </li></ul></p><br><strong>SIE UNDKRAUSS: Voraussetzungen</strong><p><ul><li>Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hoch- oder Fachhochschulstudium der Architektur</li><li>Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung von Bauvorhaben</li><li>Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Projektteams bzw. ausgeprägte Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen</li><li>Planungskompetenz, idealerweise im Bestand und Neubau</li><li>Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte selbstständig zu erarbeiten, weiterzuentwickeln sowie bedarfsgerecht und lösungsorientiert umzusetzen</li><li>Gute Kenntnisse der BauO, der einschlägigen Baunormen sowie im Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht</li><li>Ausgeprägte Kooperations-, Kommunikations- und Teamführungsfähigkeit</li><li>Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie von ArchiCAD und Anwendung von BIM in der Arbeitspraxis</li><li>Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse
