You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.</li> <li>Expert-level proficiency with Java<strong>&nbsp;</strong>and core features.</li> <li>Deep expertise with the Spring Framework</li> <li>Proven track record in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases</li> <li>Strong understanding of Cloud Computing principles</li> <li>Solid grasp of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.</li> <li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Intermediate-advanced English level.</li> <li>You can communicate well with both technical and non-technical clients.</li> <li>Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience with Kubernetes</li> <li>Knowledge of event-driven architectures (EDA) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)</li> <li>Familiarity with functional programming paradigms.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable backend services using Java and the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).</li> <li>Drive best practices in coding, testing, security, and performance optimization</li> <li>Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures to support business logic and front-end applications.</li> <li>Work extensively with cloud environments, leveraging containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve complex production issues, ensuring high availability and system reliability.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <h4><strong>What we offer:<br></strong></h4> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Get paid, not played</strong></div> <div>No more unreliable clients.
