Operating at an independent, impactful level, you will design and run thoughtful test journeys based on project requirements. If you enjoy collaborating across teams, building out automated testing frameworks, and helping welcome and support new team members, you will thrive in this role.</span></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">User-Centric Test Design:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Design and run tests independently, using product personas to guide user journeys and thoughtfully assessing the risk of code and configuration changes.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Automation Engineering:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Build and maintain regression automation packs, integrating them into CI pipelines to ensure our teams receive swift, helpful feedback.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">System Observability:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Dive into logs and dashboards to investigate issues and proactively validate system health throughout the testing lifecycle.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Non-Functional Testing (NFR):</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Execute scripted and manual tests across crucial areas including Security, Performance, and Accessibility using industry-standard tools.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Inclusive Communication:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Provide clear, concise status updates in stand-ups and bridge the gap by explaining complex QA issues in warm, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Process Care &amp; Improvement:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Suggest and implement local process enhancements, evaluating new tools or techniques that can help the team work smarter and more efficiently.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Team Collaboration:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> Manage your own tasks independently while warmly supporting the onboarding of new team members into the squad’s QA workflows.</span></p></li></ul> <br> <h4><strong><span style="color:#121317">What you'll bring:</span></strong></h4><p><em><span style="color:#121317">We know that excellent QA professionals come from all backgrounds, and no one matches a job description 100%.
