<h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><div><p>Join Abbott’s innovative <b>Heart Failure (HF) business</b>, where we are committed to transforming patient outcomes through cutting‑edge cardiovascular technologies.</p><p>We are seeking a passionate and driven <b>Regional Sales Manager</b> to lead the commercial team, support the growth, adoption, and clinical excellence of our Heart Failure portfolio dedicated to CardioMEMs making it the standard of care. As a result of significant expansion this is a brand-new opportunity.</p><p>Region of responsibility: North UK (from Birmingham up to Scotland)</p><p><b>Ideal candidate locations: Sheffield / Leeds / Manchester </b></p><p><b><u>What you’ll do</u></b></p><p>Generate new CardioMEMS business and grow existing accounts within the assigned region (North/South).</p><p>Own regional performance, operating autonomously in alignment with the Country Manager UKI.</p><p><b>Market & Growth Strategy</b></p><ul><li>Identify market opportunities and drive regional growth plans aligned to revenue targets.</li><li>Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans with Territory Managers.</li><li>Lead account planning and market access initiatives to expand adoption.</li></ul><p><b>Sales Execution & Account Management</b></p><ul><li>Drive execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Support key customer engagements and value-based selling alongside Territory Managers.</li><li>Lead regional sales reviews and provide accurate forecasts and insights to leadership.</li></ul><p><b>Leadership & People Development</b></p><ul><li>Build and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching and performance management.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement</b></p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support market access and product adoption.</li></ul><p><b>Governance & Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure all activities meet ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Act as a role model for compliance, promptly addressing any issues</li></ul><p><b><u>What you’ll need</u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Proven middle management experience within the medical devices industry.</li><li>Strong results orientation with excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead change, think strategically, and work proactively with high self-motivation.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable leadership style, able to engage diverse teams.</li><li>High standards of integrity with a strong commitment to ethical and legal compliance.</li></ul><p>At Abbott, we are committed to your ongoing development and progression, and we will ensure you receive the very best training and support to enable your success.
