Le groupe est présent en France et à l’étranger et forme plusieurs dizaines de milliers d’étudiants chaque année.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#121317">Poste basé à la Défense - CDI - Statut Cadre - Salaire Fixe annuel brut 60/63K€ + Variable de 10% + Intéressement + 2 jours de Télétravail dès la prise de poste.</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">Votre rôle consiste à </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">gérer les Ressources humaines sur votre périmètre (écoles et collaborateurs du siège) en étant le «&nbsp;point d’entrée&nbsp;» de toutes les questions liées aux RH.</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">Directement rattaché(e) à la </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Directrice Talent développement RH</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> vous travaillez également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes recrutement, la formation, la paie et les relations sociales.</span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="color:#121317">Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assurer le </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">déploiement et l’application de la politique RH</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;sur votre périmètre d’intervention (300 collaborateurs écoles + siège, basés en IDF).</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">·&nbsp;&nbsp; Accompagner les managers&nbsp;dans </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">l’amélioration de leurs pratiques de management</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> et sur le développement de leurs collaborateurs.</span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#121317">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
