Retail FP&A Analyst, Soho Home

&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Role…&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;An exciting opportunity has arisen within the retail division of the Soho House Group with the business that includes our Home and Beauty Brands – ‘Soho Home’ and ‘Cowshed’. Reporting to the Retail Head of Finance, the successful candidate will act as the Retail FP&amp;amp;A Analyst with other duties highlighted below.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Key Accountabilities..&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead the bi-annual budget process&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ownership of forecast modelling, improve and develop current process&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Provide robust commercial challenges to budget holders&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Assist with supporting strategic decision making by providing reporting and analysis&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Produce monthly analysis on margins, cost trends and key variances to present to senior stakeholders&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Investigate any margin discrepancies with the budget holders and identify changes/improvements to the process of margin management&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Produce business cases for potential new sites and revenue streams&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead the monthly P/L reviews with the trade leads and site GMs, to discuss performance, key variances to budget and actions are recorded / followed up each month&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Support the Management Accounts team with month end close&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Maintain and improve reporting templates, dashboards and planning tools&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Produce ad hoc analysis as directed by FD / CFO&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Support on year end and the annual audit&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Additional ad-hoc duties as requested.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What we&#39;re looking for…&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;2-4 years’ experience&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong and robust character, confident in challenging at all levels.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Previous Retail FP&amp;amp;A experience essential&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Advanced Excel skills and ideally experience with Microsoft Business Central package and Power BI.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills and ability to work under own initiative and collaborate across departments.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to manage and prioritise tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;&quot;Solution driven” as opposed to “problem focusing&quot;&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to adapt to new systems efficiently and understand the end-to-end process.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Benefits…&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
