Remote position <em>(only for professionals based in Argentina or Uruguay)<br><br></em>RYZ Labs is looking for a <strong>Pre-Press Retoucher</strong> to join one of our client’s teams, from the sports merchandising industry. The ideal candidate will translate card designs into beautiful, error-free, and quality-checked forms that are ready for the press. This professional will support imaging, color correction, and retouching of card images/designs in line with the Pre-Press team’s commitment to excellence.<br><br>The ideal candidate is design-savvy and organized, exhibits strong attention to detail, and brings deep experience in imaging and retouching operations. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements</li><li> Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project</li><li> Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired retouching results for various projects</li><li> Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy</li><li> Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment</li><li> Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and retouching operations</li><li> Proficiency in imaging and retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction/retouching tools</li><li> Strong knowledge of color theory and color management</li><li> Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>About RYZ Labs:<br><br></strong>RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
