Sales Director - OTC Derivative Post Trade Services

<p>Delta Capita have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our Capital Markets Services team.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Our Capital Markets team, deliver managed services, technology and resourcing solutions to capital markets organisations, with relationships and engagements in place with many of the global Investment Banking organisations.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are currently looking to hire an individual to support and drive our Post Trade Services business. &nbsp;This business has a focus on providing resource augmentation solutions to clients across Post Trade. &nbsp;As part of the role, we are looking for someone who can drive new business development, as well as support in growing some of our existing accounts.&nbsp;In addition to resourcing solutions, the role will also have the ability to sell broader managed services and technology solutions to clients, across Post Trade, but also specifically growing our offering across our OTC Managed Services business.&nbsp;</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Click here to know more about our Post Trade Business: <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.deltacapita.com/services/post-trade">Post Trade</a></p> <br> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The role and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver the Sales Process across our post trade services business</p><ul><li><p>Plan and manage client outreach (Traditional &amp; Digital)</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities through cold outreach</p></li><li><p>Drive client journey through sales funnel</p></li><li><p>Maintain CRM database from pipeline development to execution</p></li><li><p>Maintain live client profile map and sales funnel documentation</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Client Relationship Management</p><ul><li><p>Build long-term relationships with new clients</p></li><li><p>Work closely with existing CRM framework, enhancing and developing where possible</p></li><li><p>Leverage existing engagements through development of detailed understanding of client strategy and organisational structure</p></li></ul></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience of working in or with financial institutions with a focus on post trade services</p></li><li><p>Experience in selling resource augmentation solutions</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience of the sales lifecycle, including RFPs, contracts, proposals and pricing</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Commercially driven experience and demonstrable results</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Hunger and strong organizational skills to develop a dynamic people-oriented business</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Accurate reporting skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Self managed - Energetic, flexible and capable of operating remotely</p></li><li><p>Responsive to customers business needs and clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal">This is a permanent full-time position located in London.
