Sales Director – Regulatory Reporting

<p><span style="color:#121317">Delta Capita is recruiting a Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record of originating and closing new business opportunities within Capital Markets. The successful candidate will bring a strong network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks and asset managers, with deep relationships across Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Technology and COO functions.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#121317">As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our client base across the US and EMEA, selling Delta Capita's market-leading regulatory reporting technology, advisory and managed services solutions.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#121317">You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospect identification and opportunity origination through to contract signature, targeting senior stakeholders across Regulatory Reporting, Operations, Technology and COO functions. This is a hunter role suited to an ambitious sales professional with an established industry network and a passion for building new client relationships.</span></p> <br> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Ke<span style="color:#121317">y Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Originate new client opportunities selling regulatory reporting solutions, advisory, and managed operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Identify and develop prospects via existing network, cold outreach, LinkedIn, conferences, and referrals.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Manage the entire sales cycle – from initial contact through to signed contract.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span style="color:#121317">Drive new business across the global regulatory landscape, which will include&nbsp;assurance and remediation opportunities.&nbsp;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Promote services across global regulations, including assurance and remediation activity.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and support internal reporting processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Leverage internal experts to shape proposals and RFP responses.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Manage internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organisation and at all levels of seniority.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">Required Experience</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Knowledge of regulatory reporting regulations with a focus on (US, European and APAC Regulations).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Background in sales or client-facing delivery within regulatory reporting, capital markets operations or fintech.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience in selling technology or managed services into financial institutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Extensive network of decision makers in (Tier 1 / Tier 2 banks and asset managers).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including business, IT and procurement.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">The individual we hire will be:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">A self-starter who can work in a growing commercial team.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Someone excited to work in a fast-moving environment.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Come with ideas – our product, business development, marketing and delivery teams work collaboratively in driving business growth.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="color:#121317">How We Work</span></strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#121317">Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
