We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.<br /><strong>Job Summary</strong><br>We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Developer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Salesforce work in production, writes idiomatic Apex and modern LWC, and balances declarative-first thinking with the willingness to write code where it provides clear value.<br /><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.</li><li>Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.</li><li>Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.</li><li>Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).</li><li>Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.</li><li>Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.</li><li>Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.</li></ul><strong>How to Apply</strong><br><p>Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
