<p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p>Omega CRM is a Merkle &amp; Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Salesforce Developer.</p><p><b>Main responsabilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop software according to user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.</li><li>Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.</li><li>Asses, troubleshoot, document, upgrade and develop maintenance procedures.</li><li>Review code for potential performance issues, reusability and/ or anomalies.</li></ul><p><b>Mandatory Skills:</b></p><ul><li>At least 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer</li><li>Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce</li><li>Experience in developing lightning components desired.</li><li>Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).</li><li>Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus</li><li>Should be able to work in a self managing way and should take Accountability of all assigned applications</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English.</li><li>Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.</li><li>Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.</li><li>Any other Salesforce certification is a plus</li></ul><p><b>WHAT DO WE OFFER</b></p><ul><li>Permanent contract.</li><li>Flexible Schedule.
