SAP Senior Delivery Manager - Banking Transformation (m/f/d)

<p>As a Senior Banking Transformation Manager (m/f/d) , you will drive complex transformation initiatives across our banking and financial services portfolio. You will not only manage project execution but also actively shape business outcomes, challenge existing approaches, and work as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>This role requires a strong combination of banking expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery leadership within complex transformation environments.</p><p></p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Lead large-scale banking transformation programs from strategy through implementation</li><li>Act as a trusted partner for clients, guiding them through business, process, and technology change</li><li>Drive end-to-end delivery while proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities</li><li>Collaborate closely with business, operations, architecture, product, and technology teams</li><li>Shape target operating models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation approaches</li><li>Challenge requirements and existing processes to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions</li><li>Engage with senior client stakeholders and support key governance and steering committees</li><li>Contribute to pre-sales activities, strategic initiatives, and business development opportunities</li><li>Drive collaboration across teams and create alignment beyond individual workstreams</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Significant experience leading complex transformation initiatives within banking, payments, lending, or financial services</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of core banking processes and banking operating models</li><li>Experience working with SAP Banking, SAP Fioneer solutions, or comparable banking platforms</li><li>Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders</li><li>Ability to challenge the status quo and identify opportunities beyond defined project scopes</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills</li><li>Experience working in international and cross-functional environments</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes occupational pension provisions, support for health and wellbeing, various mobility options like bike leasing and transportation allowances, as well as additional perks such as celebration rewards, jubilee recognition, and relocation reimbursement.</p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
