Collections, AP, and reconciling across our systems have all been running without a single owner, and that gap is exactly where you'll make your mark early. AI is also rewriting how accounting functions operate, and you'd be building our version of that as we scale, a modern, best-in-class finance function, not a legacy one with AI bolted on. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Head of Finance, with full ownership of the day-to-day money: collections, AP, payroll, bookkeeping, and month-end close across our US and UK entities.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for someone qualified or well on the way who wants real ownership from day one. This is a genuine growth path - you'll take on more of our technical accounting, compliance, and treasury work as you prove yourself.
