In this role, you'll ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and partner with teams across the business to support informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.</span></p><h3><span style="color:#121317">Your roadmap to make an impact</span></h3><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing, payments, collections, and expense reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Oversee fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset reconciliations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Perform and manage inter company reconciliations, ensuring accurate balances and timely resolution of discrepancies.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Maintain robust financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders to support audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, financial controls, and documentation to enhance efficiency and scalability.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support business decisions, and improve operational processes.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul> <br> <ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">4 - 7+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in startups, scale-ups, or complex environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong hands-on experience with German accounting standards (</span><strong><span style="color:#121317">HGB</span></strong><span style="color:#121317">);
