As a Senior AFC Analyst, you’ll take ownership of some of our most complex, highest-risk and highest-spending accounts, using both Anti-Financial Crime and Safer Gambling insights to make decisions that genuinely shape how we protect our customers and the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll be a trusted senior voice across the AFC team, setting the standard for quality and bringing clarity to critical escalations. You’ll also be at the forefront of an exciting new enhanced customer service initiative, working closely with teams across the business to deliver sharp, proportionate decisions at pace. It’s a rare opportunity to broaden your expertise, influence how we work and make a visible impact as Midnite continues to grow.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct complex customer risk assessments, including CDD and EDD reviews.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review bank statements and assess Source of Funds and Source of Wealth evidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evaluate Key Accounts across both AFC and Safer Gambling risk indicators.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make and document clear, proportionate decisions on high-risk customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle escalations and support Analysts with complex queries.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a role model for quality, judgement and professional standards.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with Commercial, Key Accounts, Safer Gambling, Player Support and Compliance leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support wider AFC workloads alongside the specialist Key Account remit.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare clear case rationales and SAR or STR narratives where appropriate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help strengthen AFC processes, controls and consistency as Midnite grows.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The next Midniter:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Has at least one year of relevant experience in financial crime, AML, EDD or Safer Gambling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Has independently assessed customer risk in a regulated environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Can confidently review bank statements and other financial evidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understands CDD, EDD, Source of Funds and Source of Wealth assessments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Is interested in developing across both AFC and Safer Gambling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Has gambling or iGaming experience, or can demonstrate highly relevant experience from another regulated sector.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Makes sound decisions under pressure and documents the rationale clearly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Learns quickly and can become effective with limited foundational training.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supports colleagues, sets a strong example and influences without formal authority.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with operational and commercial stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>💰 Winnings </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Private health insurance with zero excess, including optical cover and optional dental.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Income protection to protect your earnings and give you peace of mind.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tenure holiday policy.
