CMO]</p> <p><em>• 8+ years in Customer Acquisition &amp; E-commerce Growth</em></p> <p><em>• Serial-entrepreneur: Curatible (sold to Blackstone) and MTK Digital (exited / 0-&gt;$20m revenue)</em></p> <p><strong>Maruša Fasano </strong>[CFO/Legal]</p> <p><em>• 25+ years in Finance, Strategy, M&amp;A</em></p> <p><em>• Ex-CFO/M&amp;A @Curatible (exited to Blackstone)</em></p> <p><em>• Ex-President of the Board @SotremoSA (exited)</em></p> <p><em>• Co-founder/CFO @SoftOne (exited)</em></p> <h3>Your Role</h3> <p>Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported</p> </li> <li> <p>Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale</p> </li> <li> <p>Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates</p> </li> <li> <p>Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Your Qualifications</h3> <h3>Hard Skills</h3> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and network</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Soft Skills</h3> <p> Strong communication &amp;
