The Company supplies high-performance metal oxides for variety of applications.</p><p>Main product groups are:</p><ul><li><p>Tin oxides – over 50 different grades</p></li><li><p>NIR absorbers – powders and nanodispersions for all your heat management needs</p></li><li><p>Laser marking materials – high contrast on variety of thermoplastics</p></li></ul><p>The role of Senior Analyst will be working for Keeling & Walker Ltd at their Quality Control Laboratory based at Stoke on Trent. </p><p>Main Responsibilities:</p><p>· Improve performance and product analysis in the Laboratory,</p><p>· Analyse production and finished goods samples according to SOPs</p><p>· Document the results in Databases/ 1LIMS</p><p>· Operate and maintain analytical equipment</p><p>· Maintain and supervise 1LIMS System</p><p>· Review quality records</p><p>· Release materials for despatch</p><p>· Develop or improve new analytical SOPs, if needed in cooperation with the R&D Team</p><p>· Cooperate with the Quality, Site and Production Manager</p><p>· Develop robust methods for maintaining the quality of the analytical results</p><p>· Introduce new equipment and methods </p><p>· Automate routine tasks</p><p>· BET Surface Area, Particle Size Analysis, Bulk and Tap Density, NIR Spectroscopy; Electrical Conductivity; Elemental Analysis by ICP, XRF, XRD, DLS, Wet Chemistries</p><p>· Support of QC and R&D team members</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>· Experience in a QC laboratory, preferably experienced with different methods</p><p>· Ability to work according to QC and ISO procedures</p><p>· Hands on approach </p><p>· Work under pressure</p><p>· Microsoft office; ideally 1LIMS</p><p>· Health & Safety procedures</p><p>· Good communication skills </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
