You will lead marketplace initiatives and promotional strategies, partnering across the organization to ensure successful execution through quantitative and strategic analysis.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role reports into the Associate Director, Strategic Analytics and can be based out of any of our 4 office locations: Aix-en-Provence, Amsterdam, Berlin and London.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with broader marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue/LTV growth and market expansion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide marketplace health.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Formulate A/B test frameworks to discern the impact of adjustments/new initiatives on marketplace &amp; other business metrics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall analytical capabilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leverage advanced analytical tools and AI tools to optimize workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with overall business objectives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership, accompanied by data-driven insights and rationale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging pricing trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve marketplace growth.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years of professional experience as an analyst/senior analyst, preferably in a two-sided marketplace.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, with a strong analytical background.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders and manage projects from strategy development through to successful execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in data analysis &amp; reporting tools (e.g.Tableau, Looker, and BigQuery/SQL, among others).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable utilizing AI tools to improve efficiencies and integrate their usage in daily work</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical skills and good at interpreting data, generating qualitative feedback and evaluating metrics to inform decision-making.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good business acumen with a strong understanding of commercial topics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in campaign management in a customer centric environment is a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The salary band for this position ranges from €68,000 - €90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hybrid work environment and home office set-up allowance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Temporary work from abroad policy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Regular team and social events</p></li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
