Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d)

<p><strong>Actimi is a medtech company, we build and deploy a digital health platform for realtime and on-demand data from wearables and medical devices. We're scaling our digital healthcare infrastructure, extend it with AI and are looking for a senior backend or fullstack engineer to help us with it.</strong></p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Design and scale NestJS services that handle real-time device telemetry</li> <li>Own reliability under load, multi-tenancy, caching, queues, and PostgreSQL / Redis performance</li> <li>Incorporate AI on all levels.
