We work closely with publishers, agencies, advertisers, and technology partners to build efficient programmatic marketplaces that&nbsp;prioritise&nbsp;performance, transparency, and sustainable growth.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Demand Business Development Manager to drive&nbsp;ConnectAd's&nbsp;demand-side growth across the D/A/CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).&nbsp;</p><p>This is a senior, demand-focused commercial role&nbsp;centred&nbsp;on placing&nbsp;ConnectAd's&nbsp;demand product with agencies and direct clients. You will build and activate PMPs, structure deals with agency holding groups, independent agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisers, and represent&nbsp;ConnectAd&nbsp;as a trusted demand partner across the region.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><ul><ul><li>Build and own senior relationships with agency holding groups, independent agencies, trading desks, and direct advertiser clients across D/A/CH.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Place and promote&nbsp;ConnectAd's&nbsp;demand products&nbsp;with agency and direct-client stakeholders.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Build and activate PMPs and&nbsp;curated-marketplace&nbsp;deals tailored to buyer needs.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Structure and negotiate commercial deals with agencies and direct clients.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Translate&nbsp;ConnectAd's&nbsp;supply and platform capabilities into relevant, commercially compelling demand propositions.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with product, operations, and supply teams to align demand activation with available inventory.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Represent&nbsp;ConnectAd&nbsp;at industry events and senior agency and client meetings across the D/A/CH region.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new demand opportunities.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform&nbsp;ConnectAd's&nbsp;demand strategy.&nbsp;</li></ul></ul></ul><p><strong>Success metrics</strong></p><ul><ul><ul><li>Demand revenue growth across your D/A/CH agency and direct-client portfolio.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>PMP and&nbsp;curated-marketplace&nbsp;revenue.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Number and quality of new&nbsp;agency&nbsp;and direct-client relationships&nbsp;established.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Agency and&nbsp;HoldCo&nbsp;spend&nbsp;activated through&nbsp;ConnectAd.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Pipeline quality and conversion rate.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strategic relationship depth across agencies and direct clients in the region.&nbsp;</li></ul></ul></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><ul><ul><li>Substantial, proven experience in programmatic advertising,&nbsp;adtech, DSP/agency partnerships, or digital-media business development.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong existing network across German, Austrian, and/or Swiss agency holding groups, independent agencies, trading desks, and/or direct advertisers.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Proven commercial&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of building revenue-generating demand partnerships.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of RTB, PMPs, curated marketplaces, deal IDs, DSPs, header bidding, and programmatic media buying.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders, translating technical programmatic topics into clear commercial value.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, comfortable in a fast-moving, independent SSP environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Business-fluent German and English (C1 or above).&nbsp;</li></ul></ul></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><ul><ul><li>Competitive compensation with a performance-based bonus (indicative base €70,000–€90,000, plus variable).&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>A strategic, high-impact role within a growing independent SSP.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>A hybrid working model based in our Hamburg office, with flexibility to work remotely.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where you shape&nbsp;ConnectAd's&nbsp;demand strategy across the D/A/CH region.&nbsp;</li></ul></ul></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
