Customers across manufacturing, agriculture, and aviation. <strong>$1M+ ARR</strong> in year one and <strong>doubling</strong> every six months.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What this role is</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>As a Business Development Representative, you'll help drive our growth by building our outbound sales engine and creating new customer opportunities.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cold calling is how we won our first customers, and it's still our strongest channel.<br />You'll be the first point of contact for prospects: identifying pain points, generating leads, and converting interest into real opportunities. Within weeks, you'll run your own discovery calls and define use cases directly with C-level prospects.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>This role is a fast track into sales.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Outbound experience? You'll move to (Junior) AE in 3-6 months.<br />New to sales? Same path - your ramp speed sets the pace.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>We invest in you</strong> with daily coaching, clear targets, uncapped upside.
