<p>We’re looking for a Senior Copy / Concept (m/f/d) to join our Creative team, preferably based in Munich. The role is initially fixed-term for 18 months.</p><p>We are a global, socially-led creative agency with more than 1,300 people across 17 offices worldwide. We Are Social is part of Plus Company.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p><ul><li>Developing social-first concepts and creative ideas, from big campaigns to individual social posts</li><li>Shaping distinctive tones of voice and verbal identities for our clients</li><li>Writing excellent, native-level English copy across brands, formats and social platforms</li><li>Turning strategies and briefs into strong creative and verbal concepts</li><li>Presenting and championing creative ideas with clients</li><li>Working closely with Design, Strategy and Editorial while taking creative ownership of your projects</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><ul><li>Several years of experience in copywriting and concept development, ideally within an agency</li><li>A strong copy background with conceptual experience or vice versa</li><li>Native or excellent English and an exceptional feel for language, tone of voice and storytelling</li><li>Experience developing brand tones of voice and verbal identities</li><li>A strong understanding of social media, platform culture and contemporary brand communication</li><li>The ability to deliver both big ideas and sharp social copy</li><li>Experience with automotive, German industrial companies or international brands is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><p><em><strong>Why should you join our team?</strong></em></p><p><strong>Our team spirit:</strong> We put the <em>social</em> in our name for a reason.
