You&#39;ll craft content for digital channels and brand campaigns, delivering on-brand messaging that drives clicks, engagement, and brand awareness.&amp;nbsp;We&#39;re looking for inspiring team players who are eager to share their expertise. You should be just as comfortable producing efficient, high-quality day-to-day work as you are developing standout ideas for award-winning campaigns and new business pitches. This role requires a genuine passion for editing and giving critical feedback. You will be expected to uphold our clients&#39; creative standards, while continuing to push new ideas and embody DEPT®’s entrepreneurial spirit.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU’LL DO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop creative concepts and outstanding copy for digital campaigns for a leading international brand.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Write content for a wide range of channels, including banner ads, newsletters, websites, social media campaigns, and localized adaptations across text, design, and video formats.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Apply strong conceptual thinking and creative writing skills to craft engaging and effective messaging.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proofread all German-language content to ensure flawless spelling, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Present your ideas convincingly to colleagues and clients, showcasing the strategic and creative thinking behind your work.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Adapt global campaigns for the German market in a way that feels authentic and culturally relevant.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Conduct competitive and trend research to inspire fresh creative directions.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead and participate in creative brainstorms and other key meetings.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and collaboration in all interactions.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHAT YOU BRING&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Relevant experience as a copywriter, ideally within an agency or brand environment.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong expertise in multi-channel digital copywriting and brand development is a major advantage.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proven experience in translation, transcreation, and proofreading.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to write compelling, sales-driven marketing copy in German is essential.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Confidence in working closely with designers, strategists, account managers, and clients.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns with multiple deliverables at a fast pace.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Understanding of the importance of consistency across touchpoints in the user journey.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience using AI tools to support campaign and copy creation is a must.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Highly collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Native-level or C1 German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WE OFFER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Specific benefits differ based on location, for more information please reach out directly.
