You don’t think in one-off campaigns, but in intelligent journeys: who should be contacted, when, through which channel, with which message, and based on which data signals? <br><br>You connect strategy, data, technology, and content into one coherent system and make sure our CRM activities create measurable impact on journey performance, retention, rebooking, and Customer Lifetime Value. </span></p><br><strong>Your Tasks</strong><p><ul><li><span><span>Design and implement automated customer journeys end-to-end, from strategy to go-live in our CDP, including trigger logic, channel orchestration, and A/B testing</span></span></li><li><span><span>Define contact strategies and frequency logic across the customer lifecycle for email, push, and WhatsApp</span></span></li><li><span><span>Translate RFM, CLV, and churn scores into concrete segmentation, prioritization, and reactivation actions</span></span></li><li><span><span>Own and </span><span>optimize </span><span>journey-level performance based on KPIs such as open and click rates, unsubscribes, communication volume, </span><span>conversion </span><span>rates </span><span>and revenue</span></span></li><li><span><span>Own lifecycle and retention KPIs such as rebooking, churn, engagement, and Customer Lifetime Value, and derive clear optimization measures</span></span></li><li><span><span>Translate requirements and business goals from our Business Units into concrete CRM measures, align dependencies across teams, and clearly represent CRM priorities</span></span></li><li>Treat the HolidayCheck Club as a core part of the customer relationship and ensure it is structurally embedded across the customer journey</li><li><span><span>Coordinate closely with Content &amp;
