Senior Data Architect (3 month project)

<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to assess an existing data landscape and define a scalable target-state architecture that can support future business growth.</p><p>The role combines architecture assessment, data platform design, governance, data quality, integrations, and implementation support across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.</p><p>Language requirement</p><p>French - C1 or higher</p><p>What you'll be working on</p><ul><li>Assess the current data architecture and identify key risks, limitations, and improvement areas</li><li>Define a scalable target-state data architecture</li><li>Design an architecture that can support ongoing expansion through new subsidiaries</li><li>Address architectural dependencies and eliminate existing single points of failure</li><li>Define and improve data quality standards and data modeling practices</li><li>Evaluate cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architecture options</li><li>Design data warehouse and broader data platform solutions</li><li>Support data governance initiatives from an architectural perspective</li><li>Define and support REST API-based integrations</li><li>Work with Microsoft SQL Server-based data environments</li><li>Conduct the initial architecture assessment during the first project phase</li><li>Support implementation and testing activities during the delivery phase</li><li>Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout the architecture and implementation lifecycle</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>What we're looking for</p><ul><li>Senior-level experience in Data Architecture</li><li>Fluent French at C1 level or above</li><li>Strong understanding of Data Governance principles</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server</li><li>Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs</li><li>Strong background in Data Warehousing and Data Platform Design</li><li>Experience assessing and designing cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures</li><li>Deep knowledge of Data Quality management and Data Modeling</li><li>Ability to evaluate existing data environments and define scalable target-state architectures</li><li>Experience supporting implementation and testing of architectural solutions</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business growth requirements into sustainable technical architecture</li></ul><p></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.fr/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in France</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
