You will work on reliability, observability, automation, security, and CI/CD — and occasionally support backend engineers with troubleshooting or small contributions to our backend services.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, improving developer workflows, and driving technical excellence across a growing engineering team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and improve AWS infrastructure across staging and production environments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build, maintain, and standardize Infrastructure-as-Code using <strong>Terraform</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and optimize containerized workloads on <strong>ECS Fargate</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strengthen observability: metrics, dashboards, alerting, and logging.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve CI/CD pipelines using <strong>GitHub Actions</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enhance IAM, secrets management, and overall cloud security posture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform maintenance of databases running on RDS (Postgres, MySQL).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support backend teams with debugging, migrations, or small changes in <strong>Node.js/NestJS</strong> when needed.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive automation, reliability, and scalability across the platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good understanding of <strong>event-driven systems</strong> (SQS, SNS, Lambda triggers, retries, DLQs).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong proficiency with <strong>Docker</strong> and containerized deployments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>GitHub Actions</strong> and modern CI/CD workflows.</p></li><li><p <strong>API gateways</strong> or automating <strong>OpenAPI</strong> specifications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience integrating <strong>SSO/SAML/OIDC</strong> for cloud and
