As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical delivery and maintaining high-performance standards for card-related products. You'll work closely with talented colleagues to lead technical ideation sessions, solve complex problems spanning beyond the team, and drive data-driven decisions. We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience working with Python &amp; Serverless</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong fundamental programming skills (data structures, algorithms)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An interest (or experience) in any of Functional Programming, Distributed Systems or Event-Driven Architectures (using Apache Kafka)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of decision engines wanted but not essential</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Able to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders" across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creation.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
