We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working within the Salesforce Platform team and alongside other engineering teams to identify and design product agnostic Salesforce capabilities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Designing and improving Salesforce integration solutions with a focus on event sourcing approaches</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identifying and implementing opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilise Agentforce to deliver transformational change</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div></li></ul><h2>What we’re looking for 🌱</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click. We’re a group that chooses to lift each other up and think smart every day.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Several years experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including both Apex and LWCs. Preferably with Salesforce Certification</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good understanding of Software Architecture and patterns and an understanding of how to apply that knowledge to Salesforce, experience of Event Driven architectures would be a bonus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with Salesforce systems that are heavily integrated to other systems in real-time</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with development tooling including CI/CD, Git and approaches to packaging</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
