Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.<br><br><strong>The opportunity</strong> </p><p>As the <strong>Engineering Manager </strong>for the <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://careers.distribusion.com/tech-product-teams#list-8b2c6025">Infrastructure domain</a>, you will lead the teams responsible for the foundations that power Distribusion's products and operations. Covering Platform Engineering, IT, and Information Security, your mission is to build scalable, secure, and reliable systems that enable our engineering teams and the wider business to operate at their best.</p><p>To prepare our technical foundation for 10x growth, we are looking for a highly strategic, business-oriented leader to transform how these critical functions operate. You will act as the crucial bridge between our infrastructure and the broader company by professionalising our tech stack, driving complex vendor negotiations, and building transparent roadmaps that clearly showcase your team's impact.<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">You'll lead the teams that keep Distribusion running securely, reliably, and at scale. </p></li><li><p class="isSelectedEnd">From cloud infrastructure and developer tooling to internal IT and information security, you'll be responsible for the platforms and processes that enable our teams to move fast with confidence.</p></li><li><p>You'll grow and support a team spanning Platform Engineering, IT, and Security, helping define strategy, drive execution, and raise the bar for operational excellence across the company. </p></li><li><p>Vendor management including negotiating conditions and overseeing detailed infrastructure and project cost tracking.</p></li><li><p>Your work will directly impact the productivity of our engineers, the resilience of our systems, and the security of our business as we continue to scale globally.<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Workplace: </strong>Berlin &amp;
