You’ll bring ambitious concepts to life—focusing on live events, hospitality, pop-ups, and retail activations - making sure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and on budget.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Lead project management from initial kick-off, strategy, design potentially through to live build, activation, and post-event debrief.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Turn creative strategies into actionable production plans, schedules, and budgets.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage project budgets, track costs, negotiate supplier rates, and protect profit margins.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Partner with experience strategists, environmental designers, digital designers, and clients to ensure physical experiences honor the creative vision.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Source, hire, and manage external vendors, event partners, fabricators, and technical production crews.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Potentially oversee site builds, venue logistics, live event runs, and physical installations on-location.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Spot potential risks early - such as venue constraints or build delays - and find practical, quick solutions.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage timelines, asset delivery, and sign-off processes across internal and client teams.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Coordinate any integrated digital touchpoints, screen content, or interactive tech within the physical space.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Guide client teams with clear updates, keeping them feeling supported and confident at every step.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Mentor junior producers and project managers, sharing best practices in live delivery and event logistics.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span data-contrast=&quot;auto&quot;&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span data-contrast=&quot;auto&quot;&gt;What you’ll need&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span data-ccp-props=&quot;{}&quot;&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;ul class=&quot;ul1&quot;&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proven track record as an experiential producer or senior project manager in a creative agency or event production house.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Extensive experience producing physical brand activations, live events, exhibitions, or hospitality spaces.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Solid skills in budget management, cost tracking, and negotiating with external suppliers and fabrication teams.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of physical builds, venue logistics, health &amp;amp; safety standards, and live event operations.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;The ability to run tight project timelines and manage multiple suppliers without losing attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Confidence leading production meetings, managing client expectations, and making calm decisions under pressure on-site.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Understanding of how to integrate light digital, content, and interactive technology into physical environments.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience working on-site during load-ins, live runs, and de-rigs.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;A solutions-focused mindset that stays calm and flexible when live site conditions change.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between creative teams, fabricators, and corporate clients.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;We believe the best work happens when we&#39;re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
