Senior Finance Manager (all genders)

As we continue to grow, we're building scalable operations to support our international business. </p><p> <strong>Your role </strong></p><ul><li>Take ownership of the finance function across FRASER, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient day-to-day financial operations.  </li><li>Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analyses to support business decisions.  </li><li>Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payment runs, reconciliations and liquidity planning.  </li><li>Coordinate the preparation of bookkeeping (Vorbereitende Buchhaltung), ensuring invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation are complete and accurate before submission to external accounting partners. </li><li>Work closely with our external accounting firms in Germany, Switzerland, South Africa and Dubai, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely financial processes. </li><li>Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities together with external accountants and tax advisors.  </li><li>Ensure compliance with German accounting, tax and statutory requirements while supporting finance processes across our international locations.  </li><li>Collaborate closely with the Managing Directors and Founder on budgeting, forecasting, profitability and business performance.  </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and operational efficiency.  </li><li>Help build and scale the finance function, with the opportunity to grow into the Head of Finance role as the company continues to expand. </li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><p><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.  </li><li>5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling or financial management.  </li><li>Strong understanding of German accounting, bookkeeping and financial regulations.  </li><li>Experience with vorbereitender Buchhaltung, including invoice verification, purchase order management and coordination with external accountants.  </li><li>Previous experience within a creative agency, marketing agency or professional services environment is a <strong>strong advantage</strong>.  </li><li>Experience working with multiple international entities is a plus. </li><li>Excellent organisational skills and a structured, hands-on approach.  </li><li>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.  </li><li>DATEV experience is an advantage.  </li><li>Advanced Excel skills.  </li><li>Fluent English is essential.
