You will own core planning and forecasting processes while developing deep expertise in GTM finance - working with complex driver-based models, commercial KPIs, and cross-functional business cases. you understand how to structure a model, not just populate one</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to work with GTM KPIs and translate them into financial insight</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to segment a complex problem logically, and work through it efficiently</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confidence working with large and complex datasets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to improve and scale FP&amp;A processes, tooling and reporting infrastructure</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong written and verbal communication: able to present clearly to senior stakeholders and simplify complexity without losing substance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">AI fluency is essential -
