Senior Full-Stack Engineer

<h3>About the Role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're a fast-growing, Munich-based AI-powered B2B SaaS company (founded 2022, ~25 people) building privacy-first productivity tools for sales teams. Our product spans a web app, desktop client, iOS app, and backend services — all centered around real-time, low-latency data processing and seamless CRM integrations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Senior Full-Stack Engineer</strong>, you'll take technical ownership of a major platform surface, work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product and infrastructure strategy, and help define how we build and ship software at scale. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the heart of our engineering team. The role is <strong>hybrid</strong> and based in <strong>Munich, Germany</strong>. <em>Visa sponsorship is not available.</em></p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own a platform — web, desktop, iOS, or backend — and deliver real-time, low-latency features end-to-end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Architect scalable services and define cross-stack best practices that balance performance, reliability, and product velocity.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate closely with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product direction and infrastructure strategy.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster a high-performing, learning-oriented engineering culture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain a robust delivery pipeline, including CI/CD, test automation, and deployment strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Document architectural decisions and communicate clearly across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.</p></li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expertise in <strong>TypeScript, React, and Node.js</strong> with a strong modern full-stack development background.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with <strong>Swift or C++</strong> (at least one is required).</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strongly valued:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and operating <strong>real-time, low-latency features</strong> and performance optimizations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exposure to <strong>audio, voice, or AI technologies</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with <strong>privacy-focused architectures</strong> or real-time data pipelines.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong track record with <strong>CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infrastructure</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience designing and operating <strong>scalable distributed systems / microservices</strong> across web, desktop, and mobile.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with <strong>cross-platform development</strong> (web, iOS, desktop).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to <strong>lead technical decisions</strong>, perform code reviews, and shape architectural direction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience as a <strong>technical lead or CTO at a startup</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentoring and coaching junior engineers with a track record of building high-performing teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contributions to <strong>open-source projects</strong> or personal side projects you're proud of.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an adjacent technical field.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong CS fundamentals.</p></li></ul><h3>Location &amp; Work Arrangement</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hybrid</strong> role based in <strong>Munich, Germany</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Visa sponsorship is <strong>not available</strong> — candidates must have the right to work in Germany.</p></li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
