Our incredible team works passionately to help other companies deliver quality and make workplaces safe.</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br> We’re looking for a talented <strong>Senior Full-Stack Engineer (all genders)</strong> to help us build and scale modern web applications across frontend and backend. You’ll work in a collaborative agile team, contribute to architecture and implementation decisions, and deliver reliable, well-tested features end to end.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Build, maintain, and improve full-stack features using Vue.js, TypeScript, Laravel, and MySQL.</li> <li>Develop robust APIs and integrate with external services.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable, and tested code (unit/integration/e2e where relevant).</li> <li>Optimize performance across frontend, backend, and database queries.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teammates in an agile environment.</li> <li>Support CI/CD workflows and production reliability (monitoring, queues, background jobs, caching, etc.).</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>Must-have experience</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of professional full-stack development experience (or equivalent depth of experience).</li> <li>Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge (ES6+), and experience with a modern frontend toolchain.</li> <li>Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue 3 + Composition API) and state management (Pinia or Vuex).</li> <li>Strong CSS/SCSS skills and ability to build responsive, maintainable UI.</li> <li>Strong PHP skills (PHP 8+) and modern backend development practices.</li> <li>Good hands-on experience with Laravel (9+), including Eloquent, Collections, queues, and API development.</li> <li>Strong SQL skills with MySQL (8+); able to analyze and optimize complex queries.</li> <li>Experience with automated testing for frontend and backend (unit and e2e).</li> <li>Practical experience with Docker-based local development and CI workflows.</li> <li>Familiarity with common web platform components: caching, queues, web servers, background jobs, external APIs, and monitoring.</li> </ul> <p>Nice-to-have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS/Fargate, RDS, ECR, Lambda, SQS, EC2).</li> <li>Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CDK).</li> <li>Experience with Node.js/TypeScript microservices (e.g., Express).</li> <li>Exposure to other PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony).</li> <li>Experience with functional programming concepts/libraries.</li> </ul> <p>What we value</p> <ul> <li>Team-first mindset and clear communication.</li> <li>Ownership, pragmatism, and result-oriented execution.</li> <li>Curiosity and continuous learning.</li> <li>High engineering standards and attention to code quality.</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Work 100% remotely with flexible working hours.</li> <li>Annual meet-up in Berlin for a week (The Lumi-Week) with all employees where we have workshops, team events, drinks, delicious food, and good talks.</li> <li>We care about your personal &#x26; professional development.
