(Senior) Full Stack Engineer (m/f/d)

<p>We are a small engineering team inside Natuvion that finds and builds the next high-value additions to Natuvion's</p><p>product portfolio. We build DCS Compose, a modern language for enterprise data transformations with deep integration</p><p>into the Natuvion Cloud.</p><h4>Our work has three main aspects</h4><ul><li><p>Understanding the domain. We make Natuvion's transformation knowledge searchable, structured, and available to AI agents. Hundreds of customer projects have produced millions of lines of transformation content. We build the infrastructure that turns this accumulated knowledge into a usable asset.</p></li><li><p>User focused development. We understand our users and develop tools and applications for them. Our mission is to help our users excel at their work by providing them with the technical means to do so.</p></li><li><p>Technical ownership. We develop solutions with deep integration into Natuvion's cloud landscape. We develop the backend and frontend functionality keeping in mind performance, adaptability and correctness. </p></li></ul><p>We build on top of the Natuvion Cloud, using its APIs and shared components as our foundation. </p><p>The cloud team scales the platform; we focus on what to build on it. </p><p>The team has strong technical and scientific backgrounds. We care about quality even in prototypes: Disciplined engineering, not vibe-coding.</p><p>We're part of Natuvion (~500 employees, SAP Gold Partner). A few people with direct access to enterprise customers like BMW, Volkswagen, <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="http://E.ON">E.ON</a> and Lufthansa, a cloud platform to build on, and the freedom to move fast.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4>Your Responsibilities</h4><ul><li><p>Build features for the DCS Compose application on top of the Natuvion Cloud: frontend, backend, and API integrations.</p></li><li><p>Develop UI components for the content corpus: search interfaces, data visualization, and comparison tools.</p></li><li><p>Integrate AI capabilities into applications: MCP, semantic search, and embeddings.</p></li><li><p>Use and extend NCP's shared frontend components and APIs as building blocks for new solutions.</p></li><li><p>Maintain quality standards: testing, code review, and clean architecture — even when moving fast.</p></li></ul> <br> <h4>Your Profile</h4><ul><li><p>Strong frontend and backend skills. You're comfortable building both sides of a web application.</p></li><li><p>Experience with API design and consuming platform APIs.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with modern TypeScript, React (preferrably NextJS) and Golang.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in Protobuf and gRPC is a plus.</p></li><li><p>An eye for good UI. You build interfaces people actually want to use.</p></li><li><p>Quality discipline. We ship fast, but not at all costs. Prototypes have tests, clean APIs, and documentation. </p><p>When a prototype proves its value, it should be ready to hand off and not rewritten from scratch.</p></li><li><p>Our current stack: Golang, gRPC, TypeScript, NextJS. We build on Natuvion Cloud's APIs and shared frontend components.</p></li><li><p>The stack evolves as the problems do. We pick the right tool, not the familiar one.</p></li><li><p>Agentic coding as a discipline. We use AI-assisted development tools daily.
