Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h4>About the role</h4><p>We are growing the team and looking for a Senior Software Developer to help us take a modern, cloud-forward approach to development. You'll help build and maintain end to end web features that power our creative workflows, while also exploring and harnessing AI techniques to assist with code and media generation.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>You will help build full stack solutions, ranging from the UX down to agentic and data backends, to deliver some of our latest products and services used for modern advertising and brand management. You will be part of a small team working closely with internal product management as well as our artists and creative directors.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>We prioritise continuous delivery and test-driven development (TDD), meaning you'll measure rigorously, commit frequently, and communicate continuously to ensure we’re confident our code delivers real value with every change.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, Build and maintain full stack web features, keeping code clean and maintainable.</p></li><li><p>Work in an agile team that focuses on continuous delivery and test-driven development.</p></li><li><p>Ensure features have useful metrics and carefully considered security measures.</p></li><li><p>Explore and harness AI techniques to assist in code and media generation where appropriate.</p></li><li><p>Mentor junior developers, champion strong engineering practices and help foster a collaborative environment.</p></li></ul> <br> <p><strong>What we are looking for</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Demonstrable expertise in developing features for web platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with a large application at scale.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and an eager, proactive approach to learning.</p></li><li><p>A solid grasp of modern software development practices, including continuous delivery and TDD.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to solve complex problems independently, driving solutions with high-quality code without over-relying on AI tools.</p></li><li><p>Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, and Vite.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with backend development using Python, FastAPI and databases.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>You might also have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with VFX/Animation tools and pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with development in cloud platforms and services, specifically GCP (Google Cloud Platform).</p></li><li><p>Previous experience building features for users to work with AI agents.</p></li><li><p>Experience with UX/DX and a product mindset.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Accessibility Statement</strong></p><p>Our London studio is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible toilets on all floors, and quiet spaces available.
