<p class="MsoNormal">We are currently looking for an HR Generalist join our international HR Department, and provide support to our offices in Germany.</p><p class="MsoNormal">The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to the Human Resources Department’s daily operations: personnel administration, benefits, payroll etc. He/she mainly works within a framework of established HR processes, procedures and standard work instructions as determined by the centralised HR department and applicable local country legislations.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal">Be responsible for all aspect of the administration involved in the employee life cycle including procedures in TransPerfect’s offices in Germany</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Partner with the recruitment and relevant department to best coordinate employees’ onboarding</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Gather required onboarding and separation paperwork in line with local regulations and Company procedures and policie</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Manage employees’ absence and leave and coordinate submission of necessary documentation for payroll</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;Coordinate relevant training programs</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation programs</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Implement and localize personnel policies and procedures and maintain compliance with country regulations</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Have a robust understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policies to advise employees and managers</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Manage the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applications, payroll transfers, etc.</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Maintain and implement HRIS (i.e. Workday) and employee file integrity</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Run and create standard reporting from HRIS (turnover, benefits, etc.)</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Administer different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policies</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Support and advise on employee relations procedures e.g. grievances and disciplinaries. This could involve arranging meetings and taking notes</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Perform operational support to the different office(s) in Germany</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager/supervisor</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p> <br> <ul><li><p class="MsoNormal">Minimum 4 years HR experience within a multinational company</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with specialisation in Human Resources</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Proficiency level in MS Office (specifically Excel)</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Excellent German communication skills (written and verbal)</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">General knowledge and understanding of benefits/compensation</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Ability to work effectively and independently across organizational boundaries</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Working knowledge with HRIS e.g. Workday</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Problem solving and analytical skills</p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal">Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed</p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com">Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
