However, some experience in the following is important for this position:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience owning client-facing implementation, onboarding, delivery, or technical project work from planning through to launch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep complex, time-critical work moving across multiple stakeholder teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable working with technical configuration, integrations, QA, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confident communicating with senior client stakeholders, including HR, IT, security, benefits, or similar groups.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to align internal teams around status, risks, blockers, and next steps.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong judgement, ownership, and attention to detail in work where delivery quality affects client confidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort with ambiguity, agility, and flexibility in a startup environment.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do.
