As the internal voice of the company, you will work closely with regional stakeholders and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency of communication across markets. Operating as a senior individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy, you will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, reinforcing company culture, and supporting Freenow’s strategic business priorities while positioning the company as an employer of choice.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;hr&gt; &lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;Build and execute internal communications strategies across Europe to inform, engage, and align employees with business priorities&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Design and lead internal communication campaigns that reflect regional needs while staying aligned with global direction&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Plan, create, and deliver clear and engaging communication across key channels such as Slack, All Hands meetings, email, and intranet&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Roll out and adapt global communication to ensure local relevance and impact&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape messaging and ensure consistency across the organization&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Develop compelling storytelling and campaigns that bring the company’s culture, strategy, and people to life&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Manage the communication calendar, ensuring clear prioritization and timely delivery of key messages&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Improve internal communication infrastructure by introducing new tools, formats, and ways of working, including leveraging AI where relevant&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Act as a trusted advisor on sensitive and complex communication topics, including change management initiatives&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strengthen company culture through effective communication, events, and dialogue formats&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;hr&gt; &lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; &lt;ul&gt; &lt;li&gt;University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;5–7+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employer branding, ideally in a multicultural and matrixed environment&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies across multiple channels and formats&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing across different levels of the organization&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear and engaging narratives&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Experience with digital communication tools and platforms such as Slack, MS Teams, or intranet systems&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that enhance communication effectiveness and content creation&lt;/li&gt; &lt;li&gt;Fluent in English; German is a strong plus&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;
