I'm looking for a seasoned Senior iOS Engineer to join our Mobile engineering group and help harness the latest tools, techniques, and technologies to build a best-in-class experience for our Sellers. Join us in this exciting mission to fundamentally change the way people sell their car.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">About the role</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Senior iOS Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of some of our most cutting-edge iOS features. Day-to-day, you'll be:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Architecting and implementing complex and interesting app features.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Developing and evolving our in-house Server-Driven UI framework, enabling rapid feature delivery and dynamic experiences without app releases.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building and maintaining our mobile infrastructure - CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, App Store deployment workflows, and our automated UI testing platform.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Championing best practices and the highest standards for mobile engineering.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Closely analysing the details of the UI and overall app experience.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building an understanding of the backend systems that power the app.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">About you</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for someone with:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong experience with iOS development and proficiency with the latest mobile platform frameworks and features, including:</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Swift, SwiftUI, Swift Packages, etc…</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">0 to 1 experience building and delivering successful products from scratch.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proven ability to ship impactful, high-scale mobile applications.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent collaboration and communication skills.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Driven, with a bias to action and taking the initiative.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">You could be a great fit if</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have experience building complex reusable modules.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have integrated modern ML/AI technology into app journeys.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You thrive when given ownership and autonomy.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re passionate about building the best products possible with the latest technologies available.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bonus:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have practical experience with Server Driven UI</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have practical experience with A/B testing.</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You have practical experience with full-stack development.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Location</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hybrid 2 days a week in the office (WFH/London)</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our interview process</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Qualifying Screen - 30 minutes</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Technical Interview - 60 minutes</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Soft Skills Interview (onsite depending on team) - 60 minutes</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">You can expect to hear back from us within a week of each interview stage.
