Your mission? Empower Beamery’s global team of 100+ across EMEA &amp; NORAM to work securely, efficiently, and confidently, while crushing top-tier compliance standards like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>WHAT AN IT MANAGER DOES AT BEAMERY</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic Management &amp; Business Alignment</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and drive a forward-thinking IT roadmap and own the annual IT budget.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Align tech investments with business goals, delivering clear KPI reports that showcase IT’s impact to leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide expert input on IT, security, and compliance for pre-sales (RFIs/RFPs).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and rigorously test the Disaster Recovery plan to meet business-critical recovery targets (RTO &amp; RPO).</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>IT Operations &amp; Infrastructure</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and secure all corporate IT infrastructure: networks, cloud resources (IaaS/PaaS), and devices (laptops, mobiles).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee corporate software stack (SSO, MDM, DLP) and provide hands-on end-user support.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously find opportunities to automate and improve efficiency at scale.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Asset &amp; Lifecycle Management</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of all hardware and software assets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimize performance and costs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the entire employee tech lifecycle, ensuring secure and smooth onboarding/offboarding.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years in senior IT roles (SaaS/tech preferred) with strong skills in IT strategy, budgeting, and KPI reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven leader of IT projects and vendor management, including contract negotiation and SLA enforcement.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expert troubleshooter passionate about ITSM and operational excellence, ready to support critical issues anytime.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of - ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, GDPR frameworks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Master of endpoint management (MDM) across Windows, macOS, and Linux.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Skilled in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure) and SaaS apps (Atlassian, Zoom).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficient in scripting, automation, and corporate networking (WiFi, firewalls, VPNs).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A collaborative mindset, you're energized by team wins &amp; open to diverse perspectives<br />Bias for action; you’re proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take initiative in a fast paced environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are Values driven, caring about working somewhere that aligns with your principles, and you bring empathy and integrity to everything you do<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>We are looking for a contractor, or potentially a Fixed Term candidate, for this role at this time, and are open to discuss a future conversion to perm for the right candidate.
